Hey Y'all!
Hope everyone has been doing well. Been stayin' plenty busy here. Lot's of exciting things goin' on for us. Here's the sum-up!
First of all. Bummer, but The Lost Trailers show at Joe's in Chicago fell through. Our apologies to everyone who was planning on comin' out. Would have been a great time. But the Trailers did not have their new single out so they did not want to tour. Was beyond our control. Hopefully, the show gets rescheduled for the fall.
We're openin' for Travis Tritt on June 15th! Should be a great show! I've always been a huge fan on his. Check www.markstarymusic.com for details!
Thanks to Randy Tollin and Kristen Papp for takin' some excellent photos at our Twisted Shamrock, Fine Line, Cabooze and Ingredients shows. Very much appreciated. Check some of 'em out on www.markstarymusic.com & www.myspace.com/markstary!
Had some great & wild shows at: Ingredients, Nova, Glenloch Saloon, Twisted Grille, Booya's, Fine Line, Delhi, Dalles House, etc. etc. etc. Thanks to all who came out to support these shows. We couldn't keep goin' without you.
Was a great experience openin' for the legenday Junior Brown at the Cabooze. Was a huge crowd! Junior was great!
It's been fun performing with the local legend, Mick Sterling. Dan Neale & I have been playin' some shows with him at the Copper Bleu in Lakeville. Fun shows & hope to be doing more with him in the near future.
Was great to get back into the Fine Line. It's been a while since we've performed there. Ian and everyone at the Fine Line did a great job. Lookin' foreward to Dan & I's show there tomorrow night!
Huge show with Tim Mahoney at O'Gara's for St Patty's as well. One of my favorite shows of the year. Great crowd. Had a fun after bar party at my house as well!
Been writing and recording like crazy. Got a few demos of our new tunes on our myspace.com page. Let us know what you think! I am very anxious to get back in the studio & put a new record together. Should be soon!
